All Sites Stump Grinding is a trading name of Dynamic Tree Solutions Pty Ltd, ABN 99 660 885 398 (“we”, “us”). We follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
When you ask for a quote or book a job we collect your name, phone number, email, the job address and any photos or notes you send us about the stump or the tree. If you pay by card or bank transfer we see the payment confirmation but not your card details; those are handled by our payment provider.
Why we collect it
To quote and do the job, to contact you about it, to invoice you, and to keep a record of the work in case you need it later (for example for an insurer). We may send you a text after the job asking for a review. You can reply “stop” to any message and we won’t send another.
Who sees it
The people in our business who quote, schedule and do the work. Our job management, invoicing and accounting software (ServiceM8 and Xero), which store data in Australia and overseas under their own privacy policies. Dynamic Tree Solutions and Dynamic Earth Solutions, which are part of the same group and may do part of a job (tree removal, excavation). We don’t sell your details to anyone.
Photos
We take photos of stumps and jobs before and after. We use them to quote, to show our work and sometimes on our website and social media. We don’t show house numbers, faces or anything that identifies you without asking first.
Website
Our website uses cookies and analytics so we can see which pages people read. You can block cookies in your browser and the site still works. The quote form sends your details to us by email and stores a copy on our website.
Keeping it safe
We keep your details in password-protected systems and delete job records we no longer need. If there is a data breach that is likely to cause you serious harm we will tell you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing office@2dynamic.com.au. If you are not happy with how we have handled a privacy question you can complain to the OAIC at oaic.gov.au.
